I am an award-winning animator, story artist, and filmmaker who creates animations that unfold powerful stories inspired by my own life, family, and society, aiming to make a positive impact on our community.
I created four animated films that address my personal hardships, the struggles of others, and societal issues. I received 13 awards and 40 official selections, including three Academy Award and BAFTA Qualifying Film Festivals.
I am also a rising senior (’25) at University of Pennsylvania studying Fine Arts, Cinema & Media Studies, and Design.
I am working as a Social & Digital Design Intern at Sony Pictures Entertainment for the summer of 2024. In past summers, I have worked as a Studio & Educator Intern at the Walt Disney Family Museum and as a Graphic Designer and FX Intern at All Ages Productions.

Mr. Lamár
Inspired by my personal experience of living in Slovakia, this is a story about a Korean boy in Slovakia who embarks on an adventure in the old town of Bratislava and discovers the joy of sharing happiness, inspired by his idol Mr. Lamár (The Statue of Schōner Náci), who spread happiness in the streets of Bratislava in the 1900s despite his disability.
This is a musical, drama, and action storyboard, using the song “Let’s Go on a Trip” by the Korean musician, Cho Yong-Pil.

Unidentifiable Eye Disorder
This is my personal story about the time when I suffered from an unidentifiable eye disorder and how my imaginary sketchbook friends helped me overcome my fear before my eye surgery.
